Mohammad is extremely hard working and dedicated. His work requires long hours, tonnes of patience and a huge smile! Mohammad supervises 200+ porters and ticket supervisors with varying linguistic skills and education. He schedules their shifts and annual leave, supervises work, handles enquiries and solves complaints, but more importantly, he keeps them in-line. He constantly encourages his staff to perform at their best, but he is also quick to deal with absenteeism and serious performance issues. Mohammad is the first point of contact at the airport. He deals with ADAC, CID and other sections on day-to-day issues that may arise. He resolves matters within his domain, ensuring that customers are satisfied. In addition, he is quick to inform management of issues outside of his domain so that we can resolve them.
