I met Nablo through a course project while we were both studying software engineering at Gothenburg University. He was highly communicative, oriented towards problem solving, transparency and team work. When I worked for the start-up Emigreat I was reminded of how easy he was to work with and happy that he wanted to join us for a summer internship - which afterwards lead to part time employment (and then eventually full time after I moved on from the company). Nablos ability to respond quickly to changes with an open mind made him a valuable team member in the start-up environment, but also someone who would have an easy and quick time onboarding into any agile team. In my opinion, he's a person who is not afraid to ask questions and to learn new things, and seems open to new technologies in order to further the value of a product rather than just "do what we have always done just because it's what we know".
