Built an interactive Excel VBA-based schedule dashboard summarizing more than 400 projects which, for the first time, provided a clear visual representation of the schedule to the project managers. Developed new tools for accruals and forecasting cash flow that increased accuracy by up to 25%. Also, proposed a new activity ID system for the Primavera P6 schedule that eliminated reporting issues and enhanced schedule quality. • Cost and Schedule Management As part of my engagement with the client, I was involved with cost and schedule management for over 100 projects with an annual investment goal of up to $95 Million. In these roles, I managed, tracked, and analyzed cost and schedule performances, keep them updated, conducted meetings with various stakeholders, and coordinated with multiple departments for annual baseline and budget planning. Also, I performed monthly accrual supports, and internal and external cost analysis and provided detailed cashflow and mitigating actions to the project management team to keep the projects on budget.
