As a Project Manager, I relied very heavily on Rafiq to lead the QA team and also to escalate issues that jeopardized the project delivery. He was able to adapt to adjusting scope and timelines and keep the QA team focused on the highest priorities of the project. He was able to articulate impacts of bugs so that the business could make timely decisions on whether to fix or live with it. I hope I will have the pleasure of working with him again.

Rafiq was the Lead QA on an project that I managed at Abercrombie and Fitch. He has a strong set of technical skills, an eye for detail, and personality that allows him to work well with others as an excellent QA Lead. He worked hard to ensure that the onshore and offshore testing resources that were part of our team were prepared, followed the delivery schedule, and reported issues in a way that the business could understand and that the developers could easily triage to resolve. Rafiq was a big part as to why our project was successful and I could see him leading and managing larger teams as his career progresses.
