  • Responsible for handling requirements from India & US clients• Involved with full life cycle of the recruitment• Hiring Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099 consultant’s cases of submission• Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources and Self-created databank• Interacting with candidates, briefing them about the company’s profile, job descriptions, co-ordinating interview process, helping them understand the required job role & responsibilities.• Working on Fulltime and Contract positions of the client and supporting them with W2 and CTC Consultant in Different Visa Status (Green Card, Citizen, EAD, TN, H1B)• Assist with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of candidates.• Target the most qualified candidates within the technical discipline and screen resumes to identify potential matches.• Handling the Job Portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Company's personal database and large personal hotlist).• Present opportunity to candidate and conducts in-depth interview to determine suitability and interest of candidate. Identify, evaluate, and summarize relevant technical experience, knowledge, hard and soft skills, and abilities in relation to job requirements.• Negotiating with vendors on the hourly rate package and Daily rate package.• Submitting qualified candidates and respond to client concerns.
