  • Share preparing the original project budget, budget breakdown and propose the project cash flow. • Prepare Cash in; Cash out reports in a monthly basis. • Co-ordinate between financial department and the site administration to guarantee a proper system for data collection. • Prepare the monthly cost report with all required charts indicating actual cost against planned budget. • Analyze the cost variances and calculate the cost performance index periodically and report it to the project management. • Analyze the project budget over runs-if any and calculate the EAC for the project and advise the corrective action to be taken. • Provide management with reports to highlight budget over-runs – if any – and to assist in budget related decisions as well as pricing. • Gathering actual information monthly related to project costs • Compiling this information and rearranging it in certain orders to reflect this particular project scope (data entry involved) • Investigating any numbers that seem abnormal for such type of cost, by going through all its documents. • Preparing monthly reports and charts based on information obtained • Drawing conclusion and analysis from reports to highlight budget deviations or over runs, and/or change in profit percentages. • Obtaining and gathering information especially if information gathered contradicts with eachother, or parts of it are missing. • Preparing complete and accurate reflecting the status of the project at that specific point of time • Issuing Credit notes. • Issuing Invoices.
