  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEP Coordinator: While working with the above-mentioned projects I was responsible for the following activates. • Review and analyze all MEP drawings, Schedule/Program of works, etc. • Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site. • Review the Shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliances with the requirements of the project. • Reviewing submittals before submission to the consultant. • Ensuring that all civil Obstructions have been cleared to MEP Contractor to proceed with MEP activities. • Engage with authority at beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services. • Co-ordinate between MEP and Civil drawings at the site. • CO-ordination & attending meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and consultants & clients & suppliers. • Monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standards & codes. • Rising RFI of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required. • Attending Authority inspection as per project schedule. • Preparation of (Site Delivered materials) Material Inspection Report (MIR) & getting approval from a consultant. • Attending all the testing & Commissioning of MEP services. • Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislation and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at the project site and administrative offices.
