Raising purchase request for new spare parts. Also responsible to make technical evaluations for all offers from bidders.6. Active participation in the HAZOP Studies for all instrument and control system related plant changes.7. Study repeated failure, chronic problems, and develop root cause analysis in conjunction with the technical service department. 8.
