Responsible for technical issues and maintenance related matters pertaining to a wide range of field instruments and all control systems which comprise Distributed Control System, Safety Instrumented System, Fire and Gas System, Turbine Generators, Turbine compressors, Tank gauging system, metering skid, online analyzers, LNG loading arms and Marine facilities according to the responsibilities assigned to him.2. Perform verification and validation for fiscal metering skids and online analyzers.3. Participate in the Preparation of the procedures and maintenance working instructions for all installed equipments. Review and update PM Program based on standards, manufacturer recommendations, and experienced problems.4. Review and prepare the required spare parts. Setup the reorder point and reorder quantities in order to ensure high availability with minimum repair time. Responsible to check spare parts inventory and reviewing stock levels based on actual consumption. Ensure the availability of insurance and critical parts.5. Raising purchase request for new spare parts. Also responsible to make technical evaluations for all offers from bidders.6. Active participation in the HAZOP Studies for all instrument and control system related plant changes.7. Study repeated failure, chronic problems, and develop root cause analysis in conjunction with the technical service department. 8. Involved in project phases to review project documents in order to ensure compliance to the requirements. Involved in all clarifications required from different vendors. Site acceptance test (SAT) of the DCS system. 3. Loop and function tests of the field instruments. 4. Commissioning of special instruments by vendors specialists. 5.
