LUBE OIL FLUSHING (OFFSKID AERODERIVATIVE TURBINES TYPE LM2500) Work Description: • Monitor and manage the project according to Standard SIC00119 Rev4 of GE Specification for Synthetic Oil System Flushing Procedure (LM2500 – LM2500plus) • Do the inspection on fitting and hard plumbing ends for any burrs before work started. • Prepare the all the documentation and Work Permit, up to date and accurate • Oil cleanliness check using Particles Counter with client to ensure the minimum cleanliness level of ISO 4406 Class 16/13 or below • Assist on Hose Pressure Test to minimize the risk of failure on the flexible hoses.
