Job Responsibilities: Manage the stock room to insure that it arranges properly at all times in order to bring the replenishment smoothly. Follow the coordination or the merchandising structures to reflect the brand image. Study well the shop needs in order to not lose any available sales (especially best selling items). Try to know the customers’ needs to deliver them to the sales department. Important thing is you have to work by your hand to let the staff follow the same attitude. Deliver your qualifications to the staff by giving training for them directly. Keep the good communications between the shop and your upper management and the back office & supplier. Analyze the variance between the forecasted and the achievements (Monthly & Quarterly) to know the weaknesses points and make the action plans. Communicate with the other stores in order to share the good ideas. Manage the store operations with following the policies and procedures. Solve the critical customers’ complaints by giving suggestions and options. Preparing regular reports with regard the sales to deliver them to the upper management. Preparing the needed data (stock level on hand, expected shipments) for the OTB (order to buy) every 3 months. Prepare the needed appraisal for staff at least every 3 months to follow the performance. Show less
