from 2007 till now , - Management of daily operations for the entire production division to produce a high quality final product with respect to industry standards and time frames of each project's life cycle. - Prepare production plan based on materials availability and estimated available dates. - Issue dispatch requests of materials and send it to stores for execution. - Issue third—party manufacturing requests and send it to Procurement Planning Specialist. - Suggest alternatives in case of unavailability of certain materials in fabrication orders if possible. - Use of stock materials as possible in order to decrease stock. - Review received fabrication orders and inform relevant departments in case there are technical discrepancies. - Compare dispatch requests with dispatched materials before starting the manufacturing process. - Keep Factory Manager posted of any possible delay in the manufacturing process against what is planned and provide the reasons in a timely manner. - Keep Factory Manager posted of any possible delay in the arrival of material or items being manufacturing with third parties in a timely manner. - Prepare weekly periodical report comparing actual productivity verses planned productivity. - Complete all received fabrication orders through management and supervision of different production sections with adherence to production plans. - Check the quality of final products and its adherence to expected standards. - Report defects in final products or during manufacturing prior to quality checks. - Report errors as it happens in any stage or section of the production with details. - Review the performance appraisal for the entire production division personnel and act as the initial source of data in the performance appraisal process for direct subordinates. - Act as Factory Manager during his absence. - Approve annual vacation requests for production division employees.
