  Old city project Working for Hassan Allam construction (HAC)&consolidated contractors company (CCC) joint venture at old city project in Alamein new city ,managing the construction ofan artificial lake ( concrete lagoon) with a length of 2.5 km , width of 40 m and water depth of 1.5 m.The lake contains: • 8 pump rooms(ground tanks) , each one has an area from 1000 to 1500 m2.• 6 concrete bridges, each one has an area of 1000 m2 and a free mid span of 30 m. Supervise all activities related to the construction including civil work,finishing work for bridges,external insulation ( 4mm membrane+6mm protection board), internal insulation using 3 layers of cementious water proofing coated by 3 layers of polyurethane water proofing painting.Also coordinate and follow-up all civil activities for 4 piping systems around the lake such as overflow,vacuum,drainage and water supply piping system.Duties:1- supervision of work activities on site and reporting any trends for delays to theconstruction manager.2- identify and plan the internal inspection requirements in addition to schedule forplanned inspection on the next days,in cooperation with quality control engineer.3- monitor and make sure that only updated revisions of issued for constructiondrawings are being used and withdraw all superseded drawings from site.4- managing different subcontractors and coordinating between them.5- ensuring that only approved materials are applied on site.6- coordination of common works with the technical office through discussing the technical problems and tracking on submittals approval.7- developing statement for work executed by subcontractors or self-employed laborsto produce monthly invoices.8- coordinate with surveying and electromechanical departments the work thatrelated to the ongoing activities. 9- supplying site reports of work progress and submitting them to the constructionmanager for the progress meeting Show less

  New capital international airport • builded on the Cairo-Suez road, 30km far from cairo and total area is16km2. • involves 45 buildings, control tower with a height of 36m,tarmac with a length of 3650m and a width of 60m,apron with a capacity of 8 large airplane, 8 parking area with a capacity of 500 cars and 20 bus for each one and mosque with an area. • The main building comprises arrival and departure hall with an area of 5000 m2 and a capacity of 300 passengers per hour. • The budget is1.2 billions EGP. • The owner is the engineering division of the air force , the consultant is engineering consultants group and the contractor is Hassan Allam construction. Employed at new capital airport in new administrative capital, follow-up the construction of the control building Which consists of control tower, water tank,service hall,generator room and chiller yard. Also responsible for the construction of the rigid pavement( slab on grade) around 8 buildings at the air port. Duties: 1- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising the site foremen. 2- coordinate site work with other disciplines like surveying and electromechanical. 3- inspect the achieved work and submit work inspection request to quality control. 4- provide technical advices and solve problems on site with the team members.
