  My responsibilities were to handle tenders from the stage of preparing strategy, getting strategies approvals from concerned bodies, issuing ITBs, participating in technical evaluation and lead commercial evaluation, negotiate with bidder(s), submit negotiation reports to TC (Tender Committee), awarding contracts and getting awarding approvals from the concerned bodies, issuing letters of award, drafting and signing contracts, and preparing extensions and change orders of contracts.

  Responsibilities and Duties:1. Operate and monitor all CPF facilities include (gas compressor, gas engine, production separator, chemical skid, electrostatic separator, pumps, air compressors ... etc.) and ensuring all running smoothly. Responsible for the regular activities such as flushing, Launching & PIG receiving.2. Take and record a variety of parameters as required a variety of readings, such as gas flows, temperatures, levels, flow rates and vibrations, and records unusual occurrences after reporting them to Control Room. 3. Perform regular and thorough routine checks of all units and associated Plant equipment in the assigned operating area to ensure asset integrity within safe operating limits. 4. Work closely with maintenance team and Follow up the repair & Preventive maintenance activity including PTW issuance. Comply with all safety and fire regulations, including the use of protective clothing and equipment and ensure that personnel working in the area comply with safety procedures. Maintain the area in a clean and safe condition. 5. Support operations for commissioning and startup of plant. 6. Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs related to job as spelled out in Management system documentation policies, procedures, Safety manual and other related documents.
