      * Managed an innovative project to digitise internal construction activities by inviting ServiceNow to provide a free proof of concept in order to present a business case to the General Manager, senior executives, designer and developers. After gaining support for the introduction of the cloud-based platform, I learnt the technology and built a trial mobile application for collecting data in the field.
