Immediately reportany shortage excess or damage to line manager.  Communicate regularly with dispatchers to confirm all pickups are collected on time. Check picked-up shipments to confirm acceptance and availability of shipping documentationsand confirm that undeliverable shipments are daily scanned and properly stored.  Verify with his couriers 100% compliance for all Cash transactions (cash transportationcharges, duties and customs clearance fees…etc)  Calculate Duties, sales tax and CIP Tax estimated for urgent shipments
