Stamping Operation • Oversee daily operation of precision die stamping process and manages with highest possible efficiency and meeting production KPI. • Ensures full compliance of stamping operation with respect to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 compliance, schedule waste management system and customer requirements. • Perform Failure Analysis of every defect detected by QC. • Core member of ISO 9001 upgrade system from 2008 to 2015 version. Manpower Management • Lead 23 technicians and 3 supervisor by demonstrates positive two-way communication among them during stamping operation and upholds responsiveness to subordinates concern and problems. • Enforce all subordinates to follow operation requirements, rules and procedures using systematic documented information and understanding approaches to achieve a lean production. Documentation • Perform stamping operation report to top management, and initiate discussion with them for continuous improvement plan. • Maintain Production Management System to ensure good product identification system and its process history. • Internal auditor for ISO 9001 system during internal quality audit. • External and internal rejection product report inclusive of root cause, preventive countermeasure taken and carry out horizontal development using KAIZEN, 5 why analysis, fishbone diagram and POKA YOKE to promise and ensure zero defect to customer. Radiation Protection Officer • Certified Radiation Protection Officer by AELB since August 2017. • Manages radiation safety training program to ensure that only authorized, qualified individuals work with radiation. • Manages the personnel dosimetry program to limit radiation exposure to radiation users and ensure compliance with AELB exposure limits. • Update AELB system database frequently to keep license on track.
