From 14/4/2012 to 17/11/2014: - Working as field maintenance mechanical engineer in Diesel & Automotive Dept. at the company's main field Qarun field in the western desert region in Egypt. - Responsible for maintaining a fleet of almost 200 vehicles varying from Toyota (pickup trucks, micro buses and mini buses) in addition to several heavy equipment (loaders, cranes and forklifts). - Carrying out preventive maintenance to company assets mentioned above, trouble shooting and inspecting malfunctions to ensure that the fleet is running safely and up to standard to fulfill their duties in their designated areas in the oil field industry. From 17/11/2014 to 17/11/2016: - Working as mechanical maintenance engineer for the Department of Transportation in the head office. - Responsible for maintaining a fleet of almost 80 vehicles varying from Toyota (micro buses and mini buses), in addition to several sedan vehicles including Toyota (Corolla, Prado & Land cruiser) and VWs (Jetta & Passat). - Creating Maintenance Plans which includes carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance, staffing and tooling. From 17/11/2016 till present time: - Working as mechanical engineer for the Operations Department in the head office. - Responsible for creating and evaluating budget required by various sectors in the field. - Responsible for indicating contracts scope of work for various services that require outsourcing which include heavy equipment rentals, manpower, maintenance services, Safety Inspection by reputable companies and hauling (Potable & brackish water, crude oil, fuel) by tanker trucks. My role in indicating contracts scope of work includes: 1- Negotiating objectives of the agreement/deliverable with other companies and ensure proper interpretation by both parties to avoid any and all ambiguity. 2- Negotiating increase in contract prices associated with governmental decrees. 3- Negotiating contracts addendum's.
