Reporting directly to the Operation Officer and coordinating with the drivers: • The No of cars on road, that is existing in operating on rood that day. • The cars that should be on road but not operating for deferent reason. a) Driver did not report to work b) Vehicle maintenance. c) Drivers not yet returned Vehicle on time. d) Receive complaints and investigate with the drivers. • Following up the car information a) Fuel used by each car and distance drove. b) Changing Oil on time and make sure it is done. c) Registration card of each vehicle. d) Vehicle insurance. e) Driver’s license. f) Vehicle maintenance full check up. g) Others And troubleshooting all the problems on a daily bases. • Check all the Quality Officers. a) In terms if duty, timing, locations, and Job Description b) Checking all the report that they prepared during the day. c) Trouble shooting the problems and reporting it directly to the C.E.O Trouble shooting all the problems that related the quality controllers • . Daily check on the P&L (financially) by each car and each duty. By that we could know the performance of each driver. To become evaluation of the drivers, either rewarded for his good performing or worn the poor performing after checking the reasons for his poor performing. Show less
