Job Description: - Follow HSE requirements by our company and the Clients and ensure compliance. - Support and advice on proper implementation of QM-HSE Management System through sound implementation of QM-HSE procedures and instructions in particular procedures having direct effect on the QM-HSE Management System such as: (Safe Job Analysis (SJA), Risk Assessment, Work permit / Electrical Isolation, Incident reporting and recording, Incident investigation, HSE meetings, STOP System, Certification of equipment …. etc.). - Prepare and Update Rig Specific Emergency Response Plan. - Assist and monitor the implementation of emergency response and drills. - Provide guidance on HSE performance reporting. - Ensure proper and timely reporting on HSE matters (STOP cards analysis report, weekly HSE meetings, monthly HSE meetings, weekly HSE inspection … etc.) and shall report other performance indicators as appropriate. - Provide technical HSE information and experience (data, techniques, equipment specifications, know-how). - Advice on HSE training, instruction and exercises. - Monitor implementation and preparation of HSE cases when contractually required. - Investigate accidents at the rigs, records such accidents and prepare necessary reports.
