• Develop of Interconnect Service plans, processes and procedures.• Study the interconnect proposals and requirements in detail and prepare detail costing, Interconnect Agreements and the Project Implementation Plans.• Revise and propose update to the existing interconnect agreements including commercial and pricing terms.• Identify the technical prerequisites for physical interconnections. Optimize Point of Interconnections (POIs) and recognize the network elements that can provide the best interconnection plan under multi-operator/multi-service environment.• Carry out in-depth study of the costing for leasing Interconnect transmission capacities and dedicated circuits.
