Issuing Custom import,Export,GAFI Letter from Free zone customs Authority. Monitoring the Warehouse Balance during each quarter to be matching with Free Zone Balance for the annual Auditing. Prepare the Annual Auditing reports for stored and manufacturing materials. Prepare the Custom Declaration for the issued items. Tracking orders with the forwarders to Prevent Demurrage fees and delay for the operation requirement. Search and confirm the Best Freight Quotation with forwarders. Apply the Most Secure shipping process for the import and export Shipments. Advise the Best Freight Mode to the operation Team according to operation requirements. Arrange Insurance, Documents Attestation, wooden boxes fumigation, packing and all required arrangement with the forwarders for the import and export shipments. Arrange with vendors the required Man Power for the new installation jobs. Prepare the all required items for installation (Materials , Consumables , Lifting Tools , Spare Parts , Safety Tools ) based on job requirement regarding to the input data design.
