My tasks are : Observation the plant and all processing steps by scada controlling system . Shut down and start up the plant under any conditions .  Observation the plant safety .  Have Process Plant Induction Training . Maintain pumps, solenoid & pneumatic valves . Observation all pumps & Mills .  Take quick and smart ideas to solve troubleshoots .  Leading of team . Do relining for mills. Planning servicing and component maintenance with manufacturer and site standards. Knowledgeable in safe work methodology. Participating in developing plants economical performance.  Participating in developing plants to fulfill environmental demands. Have experience at different types of pumps and valves . Operating & maintaining of Hydraulic System '' Pipe Line –valves- Centrifugal Pumps – Hydraulic Motors – Rotating Equipment ''Crushing Circuit : Comply with all safe working practices.  Maintain housekeeping at all times. Advise maintenance personnel of any mechanical or electrical abnormalities within the circuit. Operate crushing circuit to obtain optimal particle breakage using SCADA control system. Check and adjust crusher gap as required. Maintain the stock pile at its maximum capacity. Mix the required ores to obtain the required blend. Follow all parameters and fill in the log sheet as required.  Check oil levels, gearbox, conveyors, head drums and perform pre-start checks.  Be fully knowledgeable of all activities for start up and shut down of this section.Mill Control Room : Comply with all safe working practices. Adjust operational set points as required by field personnel using SCADA control system. Advise process technicians of process trends and equipment deficiencies. Assist PLC personnel on making adjustments or writing PLC commands as required. Maintain seawater pipeline at optimal water delivery to the process plant  Communicating all critical situations to field personnel.
