• Assist to have an effective recruitment and selection process both internally and externally, post vacancies, review, and screen CVs, interview applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. • Develop and maintain an up-to-date human resource database, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in a timely manner. • Monitor probation periods, and contracts and process personnel action forms, and assures proper approvals; disseminate approved forms in conjunction with the Senior HR specialist. • Answer daily questions and requests for personnel services in a timely, accurate and productive manner. • Ensure that all documents in employees’ files comply with documents set and requested by Labor & Social insurance laws. • Review wages and salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdings for the employees.
