  - Study the project’s technical specifications. Determine all the ready parts needed and the main mechanisms of the project / machine. - Develop the initial vision of design, discuss this design with the team work and make the design review procedures until getting the ideal design meets all the requesting parameters. - Study and choose the ready parts needed which meet with the customer requirements ( electrical Motors - gearboxes - Bearing - Belts - Valves -Pumps - homogenisers - Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment … etc ). - Work on every part of the project / machine by : determine the material that meets all the required parameters and conditions. choose the ideal method of manufacturing ( laser cutting - CNC - lathe - water jet machine - wire cutting machine … etc ). simplify the manufacturing method depending on the part's precisions, tolerance and function. - Finish the 3D design, prepare the 2d drawing (with respect the Drawing standards) and the BOM file ( Bill of materials). - Follow up projects & machines (with the help of other departments) in all later stages, especially with in-house production, until delivery.
