- Leading and managing, architectural design and following up the project’s design as a design leader across all the project design cycle, seeking and ensuring our clients satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations with buildings design efficiency, quality, and deliverables. - Representing the company and participating in business development activities by fostering and maintaining good relations with current and potential clients, professional organizations, and other individuals that influence the business activities. - Lead teamwork with a high-level coordination of cross-functional teams, managing resource, and ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. - Conducting Value Based Design methodology by applying the proven VE techniques/ tools to evaluate the design outcomes during the design course to define and eliminate the over designed areas, enhance main functions and secondary required functions in order to elevate its efficiency and optimize the project cost and return. - Endorse and validate the design by establishing cost (LCC) VS. return feasibility study showing a competitive IRR & PBP to consolidate client’s decision and satisfaction. - Engage with the clients, operators, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations. - Closely work with stakeholders for design and Value Engineering workshops for projects of medium to high complexity. - Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to the design team. - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry state of the art standards in all Architectural aspects of the projects. - Sharing in Developing both short- and long-term business development plans and programs in order to achieve the Company goals and objectives.
