We offer academic training for future interested certified professional trainers during the 15 months process. We also offer period capacity building programs on different topics based on people's needs. This academy is integrated in all our programs depending on the time, target group and the needs.

Regional Coordinator at IIDebate Sfax Chapter (IRC Sfax)Innovation Research Centres act as a set of decentralized hubs across the country, with chapters in each of six cities. These are run by trained staff members, which facilitate the dissemination of all of our programmes into the local markets. Also, they act as the coordinators and reviewers of the local outcomes. By ensuring that local issues are focussed upon with autonomy, we can ensure that any follow-up programmes are specific and impactful. For example, in Gabes the IRC understands that a primary concern of young people is pollution, so we can utilize the political and media academies to address this issue though social behaviour change campaigns. Whereas, in Sfax a large issue is unemployment, so we can specifically address this.
