Abdelrahman Ali Gheith
I've been the direct team leader of Mohamed for more than two years and a half. Mohamed is one of the most brilliant engineers I've worked with. When we started the project, he was one of few who was able to ramp-up quickly and support the rest of the team as well. After a very short time, he became one of few engineers in the team that I could depend on to coordinate different activities assigned to the rest of the team towards achieving the team's challenging commitments to the customer. He was not only always capable to fit into any kind of assignation and tasks given to him, but he also used to do them in the most efficient and innovative ways. In addition to that, he was such a curious learner who always explored other topics outside the scope of work of the team, which also helped resolving a lot of complex problems the team faced later on.
