  Perform Preventive Maintenance PM plan for all types of X-Tree valves ( Loose &Block ) types F,FL , FLS,FC with material trim HH,EE,AA Cameron and FLS trim EE for Tharwa Breda according to API 6A  Manage and supervise many labor crews working daily in offshore Platforms  Execute repair memo for leaking valves after pressure build up PBU test  Replace internal passing for gate v/v assembly of SV,UMV,LMV,FLWV,XTWVafter apply two mech. barriers  Maintain all natural flow and artificial lift wells ( gas lift , ESP )  Maintain &Test all types of isolation valves (gate, ball , plug ,check ,butterfly)according to API 598, 594 , 6D  Maintain all oil & gas top side production facilities such as(piping , pig traps, chokes , manifolds, Separators )  Supervise Measure up ,Fabrication and Welding for oil & gas pipe lines and headers .according to API 5L  Hydrostatic test for isolation valves, oil & gas pipe lines after fabrication & RT completed.  Follow up sandblasting & painting for oil & gas pipe lines after hydrostatic test completed.  Replace defected ( oil , gas & water Inj.) pipe lines and headers ( apply simple & complicated lifting plan )  Implement FCP ( facility change process ) according as built drawing and material list , process flow diagram  Infrastructure replacement according to anomaly report scope of work which is issued by inspection Division  Execute the PM & CM plan for all safety equipment, firefighting system , grating replacement , handrails, foam station components , eye wash , life rafts )  Carryout the positive isolation boundary for hydrocarbon P/L’s according to isolation procedure and PTW Show less
