   JOB DESCRIPTION:-- Assigned in layout and elevation of the project- Check the compaction needed and test result- Check all the varies excavation of the foundation layout.- Check and Prepared all the necessary Borings- Prepared all SPT and CPT for soil testing.- Prepared all piles and stone columns required in site.- Computation for Earthworks , excavation and backfilling- Check all the numbers of steel from foundation column, beams and slab etc.- Check the grades of the reinforcing steel.- Computation for Concrete works lean concrete, foundation, Grade Beam, Column, Beam, Slab, and Stair.- Estimate all Quantity of steel, concrete, blocks, cement, materials for structure plywood and scaffolding etc.- Check all works in construction based on the specification and ACI Code- Prepared shop drawing to be implement in site and distribute to sub-contractor- Prepared accomplishment report for sub-contractors- Prepared invoice for sub-contractors- Computation for Block works & Plastering- Computation for Finishing item, tiles, marble, ceiling, railing, counter top etc.- Doors & windows- Monitor all manpower needed and duration date of the Project- Implementation of Q.C. and Safety Rules and Regulation.
