For example, Setup a new PC by installing windows, configure networking and other related software for the computer and deliver to the respective department people. other than that, I also have been taught on formatting computers by using the image of the windows operating system. other than that, I also learned how to dismantle the PC hardware such as hard disk, battery and other usable electronic parts from the computer. Besides that, I have been given full training on IT support related tasks and activities which gave me very meaningful experiences. This 2 months training helps me to develop my communication skills by communicating with people there.
