  Duties: Involved in commissioning K2C plant. Prepare checklist for equipment. P&ID numbering & review. Work instruction @ SOP review. Perform and communicate with Boardman for SIS(safety interlock system) and BPCS test. Do performance test for pump,blower,compressor. Perform plant and start-up, normal operation and normal/ emergency shutdown activities.  Record information in the Shift Activity log book.  Follow Emergency Response Plan during emergency any situation.  Maintain good housekeeping within assigned area and the entire Plant site.  Perform routine equipment checklist and process checklist e.g. plant patrol and inspection. Check for any leaks pumps, flanges and valve packing etc.  Prepare necessary maintenance jobs e.g. decontamination and LOTO.  Inspect safety shower/eye-wash/fire extinguisher as scheduled.  Complete the task of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) such as Leak Test, flushing & blowing for piping. Make discussion with Boardman about Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and shut downplant activities. As part of a team and under engineer for start up shut down and adjust equipment. Do a gas test for any activities for confined space.
