System: Oracle Fusion & SAP B1Principle Accountabilities- Carry out day-to-day functioning of accounts and related activities.- Implement accounting package for effective functioning of the accounting system in the Company.- Provide training and guidance to the staff reporting to the incumbent.- The accuracy, timeliness, and usability of financial reports.- Cash flow management and the oversight of expenditure on a daily operational and project basis.Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial and accounting policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.- Establishes and monitor internal controls and processes to assure timely and accurate financial data and reports.- Manage effectively accounts.- Prepare cash flow every month and present to the CFO.- Prepare and present profitability and ratio analysis on a quarterly basis.- Ensure that the monthly balance sheet and consolidation of accounts are prepared and submitted to the CFO on a timely manner.- Direct, coach and mentor subordinates.- Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO from time to time and may perform duties of accountant and accounting assistants in the assigned area in their absence.- Assist external auditors and provide required statements and information for the half year and annual audit.- Coordinate the preparation of the stand-alone financial statements for all subsidiaries.- Prepare and upload of XBRL financial statement to Qatar stock exchange portal.- Prepare samples and reports for ICOFR to assess the financial statement risks by external auditors.- Review and approve invoices and advance payment requests received from various departments, ensuring that proper purchase order receipts are created, and necessary approvals are available.- Review the supplier payments.
