After four years of consistently achieving excellent outcomes in my former role, I was promoted to management. My high score on my yearly performance evaluation (KPI) was assessed by senior management as a reflection of my competence and commitment to the firm's success, and my hard work and dedication have gained the trust and reasonable opinion.- Monitoring and maintaining all equipment in the four disciplines of Power, Cooling System, Fire System (Alarm & Extinguishing), and Environment at eleven Switch Sites nationwide and evaluating critical parameters such as coldness, humidity, and various alarms for infrastructure equipment in data centers.- Observing a total load of AC-UPS & DC-UPS boards and comparing current and voltage trend fluctuations to the worst-case annual peak consumption, assuring correct operation and monitoring current and voltage parameters, and charging the current of the rectifier and UPS batteries.- Examining contractors' proposals for expanding the monitoring system in newly established sites and their technical evaluation based on procurement cost, implementation cost, delivery time, and warranty period, and checking contractors' daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the monitoring and evaluation department, including 9 electrical specialists and 38 electrical technicians in technical supervision team and 10 electrical, software, hardware, and IT experts in monitoring department.- Arranging weekly meetings with the monitoring contractor to discuss preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of the equipment, inspecting all site installation equipment, notifying the on-site operations and maintenance (O&M) team for coordination, and prioritizing equipment maintenance based on the service-level agreement (SLA).- Employing Facilities Supervision Acceptance Form (FSA) test sheets to evaluate executive contractors' technical and HSE performance (Hawaii, Mamout businesses) in weekly meetings with site supervision contractors.
