In the HMTI 2021 period, this department is still a combination called "KKM HMTI 2021", but in the 2022 HMTI period it has separated itself into the Entrepreneurship Department. I am responsible as Deputy Head and the following are my contributions and dedications. - Work with a team of 12 in the Entrepreneurship Department HMTI Undip 2022 focuses on a department whose task is to raise funds for the needs of HMTI and also to build and improve the entrepreneurial spirit among Industrial Engineering Students of Diponegoro University. - Help Head of Entrepreneurship Department in building, managing, and developing Entrepreneurship Department which is divided into 2 divisions, namely Entrepreneur Division which consists of 3 work programs ("IECC 2022, Youngpreneur, and Infografis Lomba Bisnis") and Fundraising Division which consists of 3 work programs ("Industrial Store”, “TI Mart, and “TI Pricell") to become a department that works as it should. - Supervise and provide monthly assessments of the performance in form PPA (Personal Performance Appraisal) for 3 staff of Entrepreneur Division, 3 staff of Fundraising Division, 1 Head of Entrepreneur Division, 1 Head of Fundraising Division, and 1 Secretary of Entrepreneurship Department. The result of PPA will be processed and discussed with Vice Chairman HMTI Undip 2022 and the deputy head of each department, to produce awards for SOTM ("Staff of the Month") for each department and Best SOTM, while the assessment for the head of the division and department secretary is year-end awards. - Ensure to raise funds for HMTI Undip 2022 income from the department's quantitative target, which is a total of IDR 5,600,000.00. - Manage the Entrepreneurship Department's Instagram account is @kwu.hmtiundip.

  Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia The following are my contributions and dedications as one of the Staff of the Entrepreneurship Division as well as the PIC of TI Mart. - Focused on being a staff of Entrepreneurship and Student Welfare Department is mainly in the Entrepreneurship Division. - I was the CEO of the TI Mart work program which is tasked to fully the needs of students such as food, drinks, and college equipment needs to obtain profits according to the quantitative targets set by HMTI 2021 for Entrepreneurship… Show more The following are my contributions and dedications as one of the Staff of the Entrepreneurship Division as well as the PIC of TI Mart. - Focused on being a staff of Entrepreneurship and Student Welfare Department is mainly in the Entrepreneurship Division. - I was the CEO of the TI Mart work program which is tasked to fully the needs of students such as food, drinks, and college equipment needs to obtain profits according to the quantitative targets set by HMTI 2021 for Entrepreneurship and Student Welfare Department 2021. - Managed to get a profit of more than IDR 1,500,000.00 from the quantitative target for the TI Mart work program. - Re-branded TI Mart work program to open an online shop, namely those with Instagram @etalasie because, at the time I took care of this work program, the lecture situation at the time of 2021 was still held online to be able to adapt and innovate in all conditions so that the work program could still be held. - Provided service and business administration to more than 100 customers. - Collaborated with the business of Industrial Engineering Diponegoro University to jointly move to increase the entrepreneurial spirit. - Created an Instagram feed design that can follow trends so that it can attract customers and promote sales through media partners and publications to the outside community as well as edit intelligent content in the business. - Gave alternative sales media such as sales through Instagram "Etalasie" and Tokopedia "Etalasie" marketplace for smooth transactions. - Compiled TI Mart's financial bookkeeping flow that is arranged systematically so that it can be easily understood. - Got to become Staff of the Month in November 2021 due to a consistent increase from the beginning of the management to the continuity of the management period. - Managed to be the first position at the Upgrading HMTI 2021 event in collaboration with all members of the Entrepreneurship and Student Welfare Department 2021.
