Let me start saying that Moema is an outstanding professional. I have known Moema for 5+ years. We worked together for 2+ years when I was OI's Acquisition manager, and she was the team leader. As soon I began to work with Moema, I was particularly impressed with Moema's ability to work with very complex financial models, her ability mastering fundamental business concepts, and how she was able to simplify and automate the marketing budget and forecast engine. Helping to set strategic goals for the Residential segment, which surpassed revenues of US$ 1 billion. On top of her strong analytical competence, Moema is also a real leader and great at finding common ground while collaborating cross functionally with other teams. Back in 2013, we were in the middle of a turnaround project, Moema led and conducted a team of four analysts in my team, driving critical insights to support decisions made by the board of directors, helping leverage performance, and to reach the department's objectives.
