Do they work at a high pace and with a determination to exceed all expectations. Finally I want to see an aptitude for learning. If you add innate talent to these characteristics then you have the ideal recruit. I can confidently say that Mouaied ticks every one of these boxes and played a significant part in developing the marketing strategy and digital revolution in Al-Zayani. Mouaied joined my team in one of the most challenging positions with absolutely no automotive experience. In just a few short months, with his sheer determination and drive, he proved to be one of the most valued and effective employees in the company.
