SSNC is Sweden’s largest environmental organization with 224 000 members, more than 100 fulltime office workers and 60 world-wide partner-organizations. Accomplishments: • “Sustainability leadership” a program designed according to the organizations needs from scratch in the voluntary organization. In one part of the program 50 people (15-20 people every year) were trained for 13 days divided in to 4 meetings and then applied their knowledge in a reference group which I facilitated in strategy work for the organization´s core organizational challenges. • Designing on-line tools for evaluation in cooperation with the Linné University. • Programs for the office workers establishing a feedback-culture, strengthening interpersonal understanding and how to manage work in a fast-moving environment. • Trainee program for high-performance individuals 20-25 years of age. • International workshops building strong relationships with our partner organizations and international programs in Brussels/EU. • Training the national board in teamwork and efficiency • Crisis management and conflict resolution in groups with interpersonal challenges at the office I also project-managed our largest event in years, a Culture-Climate festival where 5000 people attended and Sweden’s most famous performers, for example Benny Andersson and Frida Hyvönen and world-acknowledged Climate experts contributed with their work.       Responsible for the strategy and area of the organization’s curriculum design, content development and evaluation, I delivered education meeting the needs of the organizations and their stakeholders. • Coordinated and planned the training, development and projects of “Swedish voluntary organization for women” with a budget of just over 8 million SEK. • Designed the first step of a leadership training and coordinated the working group that developed all the Swedish voluntary defense organizations (over 500 000 members) new leadership training. • Designed a program for leadership training for young women and got it financed (5, 5 million SEK) by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency. It was a unique collaboration between a multicultural organization and a typical homogeneous Swedish organization. Young women of different background and origin are empowered in the program to influence society in a three-step learning experience: “Mpower Me, Mpower Society, Mpower Leadership”. Show less
