My roles and responsibilities include and are not limited to:1. Takes responsibility for the management of all Australian projects for Syfon and ensures effective management of this on a day-to-day basis.2.Initiates Job costing and the project review process to measure actual against tendered performance. 3.Directs the Site Labour to ensure maximum productivity. 4.Controls the Quality Assurance programs on each project.5.Takes responsibility for the management of site labour for Syfon and ensures effective management of this on a day-to-day basis. 6.Ensures all site teams are adequately trained & adopting Procore drawing management system whilst accurately interpreting drawings.7.Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction of all scale in safe & sustainable manner.8.Ensures regular review of forecasts to enable the business to properly assess future performance and ensure proper decision-making.8.Compiles all schedules, variations and claim verification for financial reporting in accordance with statutory requirements and the needs of management. 9.Provides site reports & Work in Progress statements to management as needed. 10.Takes a hands-on approach in identifying and implementing improved methods to complete tasks and ensures these are in line with Syfon’s core vision and business objectives.Some of the projects I have worked on since joining Syfon are:555 Collins Street, Australia 108, Rialto Tower Refit, Mainfreight Dandenong, Mars Ballarat, Melbourne Airport T3 Redevelopment, Hickory Data Centre, Mel 11 Data Centre, Watsonia Spoil Shed, Chadstone Fresh Foods. My roles and responsibilities as project engineer are: 1.Review the drawings. 2.Take the quantities of the materials which are required for the work. 3.Submit all the inspections to the project manager. 4.Review the structural drawings of the projects. 5.Working closely with all management and field operation staff 6.Participate in proper project planning and controlling materials deliveries to site. 7.Able to operate with site supervision and follow up with sub-contractor, consultants or clients. 8.Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations. 9.Setting out sites and organizing facilities. 10.Taking out bill of quantities. 11.Make and verify structural drawings.
