  I am responsible for the delivery of my assigned engineered Package and accountable for the technical scope, schedule and budget. I ensure compliance of the Package with all project objectives as per the project execution plan. The Package includes Subsea Pipelines, Umbilical, J-tubes, Risers and SpoolsI also manage Vendors and Subcontractors through the project life cycle from Engineering, Procurement, Manufacture, Fabrication, Transport, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Mechanical completion.My Key Accountabilities are to;- Ensure delivery of activities within my Package, while adhering to the requirements of the QMS & HSE- Oversee the planning, performance and resource allocation of Package delivery personnel- Establish & maintain good relationship with the Client, Other Contractors & Subcontractors, manage all Interfaces and ensure all parties are informed, issues recorded, communicated and closed in a timely manner- Ensure that the Prime Contract is correctly administered and complied with - including SOW variations- Monitor costs (actual vs forecast) against budget on a continual basis- Manage Vendors/Suppliers to ensure that no delays or schedule/cost overruns occur, and where such impacts are identified, assist in detailing actions to mitigate the event- Liaise across project functions and disciplines, to ensure the timely completion of deliverables- Monitor and manage the delivery risk profile & mitigation measures- Ensure that all delivered product is fit for purpose in accordance with client requirements and are installable from WAV's construction vessels- Drive the resolution of issues or conflicts between Work Units or the Client on designated Package- Manage delivery correspondence and oversee the control of all related correspondence- Ensure that project execution processes are adhered to from preparation of procedures, HAZIDs, constructability/readiness reviews, task plans to execution.
