I first met Mo during a new store opening her and I were both assisting with. During the NSO she not only led in all aspects of ops, she was ready and willing to help with anything and everything that needed to be done, and with a smile on her face! Since then, she has been my go to for any and all ops related questions and she always has the time, patience, and all of the answers!

As a respected team leader and market trainer, Moneca was highly recommended to travel as part of the new store team for The Container Store’s new store training initiatives - an intense multi-week onboarding and training program for 30-60 employees per market geared to ensure new teams’ operating success at retail locations across the United States. Her intuition, experience and approachability ensured her success. She partnered to develop strategy and facilitated instructor-led classes, collaborated with other trainers throughout the company and provided just-in-time training and coaching about sales, merchandising and store systems training including point of sale, order fulfillment and design. Evaluating knowledge transfer and providing constructive feedback to store leadership teams, regional and area directors and company leadership in both her own district and new store markets was a key strength. Employees new to the company and her peers often sought her opinions. To say it was a pleasure to work with Moneca is an understatement. Her professionalism and wit were greatly appreciated in a high-energy, deadline driven environment.
