Serving as an Associate Principal with Paslay Group Advisory Services, I provide Concessions Development and Management services. Currently working on PG's MNAA Concessions Development and Management contract, I was responsible for planning, developing and executing a successful process for a new, multi-unit concessions program in the upcoming Satellite Concourse. I also provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the MNAA overall concessions program including F&B, Retail, Services, Cellular DAS, Wi-Fi, Vending and other revenue generating contracts. During my tenure, I developed the master plan, terms and conditions, RFP documents and lease agreement for the satellite concourse concessions program. Planned and presented in industry outreach including pre-proposal and proposal events. Structured scoring criteria for RFP and interview processes adopted by the Nashville Authority Executive selection committee. This resulted in five master concessionaire proposals and the successful award of the program. Also lead in negotiating and developing the Cellular and Wi-Fi Program for this new terminal space.
