My main focus during this internship was to streamline the daily processes of the Merchandising analyst team. Overall, I saved the analyst team a total of two hours per week. I spearheaded a project that analyzed large amounts of data in Excel, using pivot tables and advanced formulas to slice it in various ways and report key metrics to executives including the company President and Financial Controller. These data tables were then sent to the Marketing and Merchandising departments to further analyze for market trends and sales.
