Malachi has been working as an instructor at Inspirit AI for the past year and has continually impressed me with his passion for teaching and how flexible he has been as an instructor. Malachi consistently receives amazing feedback from his students, who love his upbeat personality and willingness to dive deeply into challenging topics. His students, more so than any other groups, are able to make it farther through the curriculum and leave the program with an incredible depth of machine learning understanding for high schoolers. In addition to teaching our intro to AI course, Malachi has expanded his teaching repertoire to also teach our advanced deep dives course (which covers topics like deep learning, sequence modeling, and transformers) and manage one of our middle school partnerships with Pilgrim School in LA. In addition to his excellence as a teacher, Malachi has worn multiple hats at Inspirit, including being a core part of our curriculum management team. As a curriculum manager, he helped our team improve and create new machine learning curriculum for our growing high school audience. Malachi has definitely proven his worth as a developer as well as an instructor many times over. In his teaching and curriculum development, Malachi constantly shows his enthusiasm for continual learning and building and maintaining connections within Inspirit and with his students.

Malachi is a talented worker with an uncanny ability to bring abstract ideas to reality. He works well without much supervision, as he possesses strong drive. As his manager, I often tasked him with the more challenging design requests and he delivered. I fully recommend Malachi, as from my experience, he is a strong worker who can be trusted to finish the necessary and difficult tasks.
