I manage an agency-wide CRM database and use this to develop communications targeting through SQL queries. I edit and publish content (text, images, and occasionally video) to social media (Facebook, Twitter, G+) and monthly emails.

Winner, DNT 20 Under 40 award 2011. I developed, implemented, and analyzed a number of customer feedback surveys for potential and actual Lincoln Park Farmers Market customers. As a member of the Lincoln Park Fair Food Access campaign, I helped to develop our annual neighborhood-wide survey of healthy food access needs. I conduct ongoing analysis on these data and present the results using PowerPoint and Prezi to a variety of customers including retailers considering new store development in the neighborhood. Seeds of Success won the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits/MAP For Nonprofits innovation award in 2011 and a MN Community Action Association Promising Practice award in 2014.
