Matthew and I worked together for a short, but very successful year at VincentBenjamin. I can remember interviewing him vividly; he was fresh out of a software development academy, debating on building a career in app dev or shifting towards technical recruiting. While I helped him with pros and cons of each, I could tell from his energy, professionalism, style of communicating, a drive that he would be a standout technical recruiter (not to mention that he himself was actually technical!) - and he was. Matthew was able to dive into our world head first and made an impact to our business from the get go, quickly filling some of the harder roles we were assigned to by our clients. On top of his strong work ethic and raw talent, he was a true pleasure to work with as he always had a great attitude and never had an off-day. He is the exact recruiter that any account manager would be lucky enough to partner with.

I had the pleasure of training Matt back when we worked together at VincentBenjamin. I got a chance to see how great Matt was at our old employer that when Infinite Ranges starting adding to the team, Matt was at the top of my list. He jumped right in with training and recruiting. By his 2nd or 3rd week, he had already made a placement. Matt was a huge part of our ATS migration project. He came in right as we were starting and jumped right in to help. None of us had done a full ATS migration and having Matt was a critical part of the success of the project. Matt is a strong team player, eager to help his team, and excels really well in recruiting IT professionals.
