Significant Achievements Dynamic and Innovative solutions were introduced in SED for effective utilization of Public Money (NSB) while making negotiations with different banks for the provision of customized centralized monitoring system through MIS/Dashboard for the opening of 50 K Bank Accounts in 36 Districts of Punjab. Through system documentation & Data flow diagrams identified system bottlenecks & controls weakness in the utilization of Non-Salary Funds by School Councils. Successfully slashed downtime and effort by 30% in NSB release from Finance department and Transfer process to District Government Accounts via effective follow-up & tight monitoring.
