If I had to describe Mike in three words, they would be: perceptive, intelligent and creative. In his role as Union President, Mike has impressed me with his ability to listen to the concerns of staff and administration, provide thoughtful insight and propose a viable solution. This was best demonstrated during contract negotiations where the facilitator remarked about how quickly and amicably we were able to come to terms.
