Murilo is a strong leader who cares and supports his team members by streamlining any complicated process. A complete designer who deeply understands all the processes involved in building a solution and he has a knack for solving problems. He is very detail-oriented, creative, multi-tasking, and flexible to deal with any issue - he gives great autonomy to the team. Besides that, Murilo is a person of great empathy who knows very well how to listen to people and understand their problems and needs. That was essential during the pandemic era, helping us to go through the difficulties in many ways. Murilo's breadth of work on our team ranges from our clients, agency workers, operational workers, developers, automation workers... the list can go on.
