Melanie was contracted to a Big Lottery funded project as a Wellbeing Coach - supporting vulnerable women with confidence and mental health barriers when considering education as a positive wellbeing option. Melanie's coaching skills were employed by the project due to her background in probation and working with women. Melanie's straightforward and professional approach made her a reliable team player; and her knowledge and experience of coaching came through in the feedback from women placed with her, developing achievable goals around health, self-esteem and understanding choice and responsibility. Personally, working with Melanie was seamless - through understanding boundaries, confidentiality and safeguarding issues, and managing attachment from clients was always in check. Her commitment shines through too, always willing to go the extra mile to reach clients and provide management support to teams. It was good working with you Melanie!
