• Planned, designed and led the expansion of a complex service for female offenders with a 3-month implementation period, increasing service coverage from 4 to 16 London boroughs and staffing from 8 to 20;• Ensured the new service was delivered within budget of £1.2m over 18mths, and that staff consistently met funder key performance indicators, including challenging Payment by Results targets, through coaching of service managers to increase referrals and ensure high quality service delivery;• Actively contributed to high level policy by hosting visits from high-profile Government Ministers and making recommendations at influential roundtable and Government events such as the London Assembly on Crime and the Justice Select Committee on Young Women offenders;• Took the lead in discussions, tenders, proposals and negotiations with funders to expand existing contracts and bring in new contracts, directly increasing the income of the service from £600k to £1.7m in 3 years.
