Responsible for the Support Services technical team, which included management of the global service desks, field engineers, and level 2 support engineers situated across APAC, EMEA and Latin America. I managed the overall service desk activities, including the supervisors, acted as a further escalation point, and ownership of the responsibility for all incident management. I reported to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Services Officer on a periodic basis to discuss strategies to continually improve service delivery to the customers. Achievements include: • Successful in achieving the 97%+ customer SLAs during my tenure as Support Services Manager. Global customers including : o Philips Electronics, Shell Petroleum, Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Systems and LeasePlan. • Successfully restructured the Support Services team from a group of 10 support engineers in Australia, to a team of over 90 service desk engineers, field engineers and level 2 support engineers in various locations around the world. • Sold the largest single-item quote in the company’s history, selling over $1.5M worth of memory kits, bringing in an additional $350,000 of revenue to the business.
